Local and Sustainable Food Network

Food Secure Canada is pleased to announce the establishment a new national network of organizations working on local and regional sustainable food systems. This network has been made possible through the generous funding of The J.W. McConnell Foundation. The organizations that are funded through the McConnell Foundation’s program on Sustainable Food Systems are expected to constitute the initial core group of members but the network is also open to all Food Secure Canada members and close allies working in this area.
